Richard M. Frank

Mr. Frank currently serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of Westwood Holdings Group, a NYSE-listed company and Westwood Trust Company.  Richard M. Frank joined CEC Entertainment, Inc. in June 1985. CEC Entertainment, Inc. operates a system of 546 Chuck E. Cheese units in 48 states and six international countries. Mr. Frank served as chairman of the board and chief executive officer until year-end 2008. Mr. Frank remained with the company as its executive chairman as a NYSE-listed company until the time that it was sold to private equity firm Apollo Group in early 2014. Prior to joining CEC Entertainment, Inc., Mr. Frank was with S & A Restaurant Corp. for 12 years where he was chief operating officer.
